Setting: User Profile, Payment Methods, Preferences, Paired Devices

 

To modify your profile please go to Rakuten TV website and enter your account email address and password

 

 

Once logged in, go to “Setting” at the top-right corner of the screen

 

In “Setting” there are different options which will let you to view and modify your account:

 

  • Profile

In “Profile” it is possible to change:

  1. Your email address
  2. User name
  3. Add a contact telephone number
  4. Change your password
  5. Delete your account

 

  • Preferences

In “Preferences” it is possible to:

 

Choose the audio and video quality preferred

 

Your Rakuten TV movies will play according to your preferred setting if applicable

 

 Change your Parental Control settings 

 

  • Payment Method

Here you can choose your preferred payment method, modify or delete your credit card details

Fill in all required entry fields correctly

Finally press “Add Credit Card”

We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards which are linked to UK banks (banks from England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), except for Maestro Card.

 

You can also pay using PayPal. 

 

  • Receipts

Here you can find all your purchase invoices so you can manage your bills

 

  • Privacy

  • Paired Devices

In “Paired Devices” it is possible to see all the devices logged in your Rakuten TV account

 

 If you wish to “unpair” some of your devices, you will need to press on the “Unpair” icon, next you will be asked to confirm your identity by entering your password
