- Paired devices
Unpair your device in "settings":
Press the “unpair” icon, then you will be asked to confirm your identity by entering your password.
- Reset your password
You can reset your password by going to our website using the following link:
Enter the email address associated with your account into the text box. A link to reset your password will be sent to that email address.
After doing so, you will receive a link in your email that you must follow and in the next step it will ask you to enter your new data:
After clicking on the link, enter your new password.
The new password can contain uppercase or lowercase letters and any numbers.
