What can I do if I get an 'error 200 - stream not found' message?

If, upon trying to play content, you are met with a black screen that displays an 'error 200 - stream not found' message please try to refresh the page and try playing the film again. If this fails, please try the same instructions on a different browser.

If this still doesn't solve the issue, please contact our customer support team at help-uk@rakuten.tv so we can determine if there is a problem with the file, and proceed to fix the issue.
